Arrangements have been released for the forthcoming Appeal Super Inquiry. The Inquiry has been arranged to take place on Tuesday 7 January 2014 and will commence at 10.00am at the Feniton Bowling Club, situated in the Old Village.
Four appeals will be heard at the Inquiry which are against the following refusals of planning permission by East Devon District Council for residential developments in the Feniton area:-
EDDC ref. 12/2648/MOUT Land off Ottery Road, Feniton (Planning Inspectorate ref. APP/U1105/A/13/2197001)
EDDC ref. 12/2649/MOUT Land off Ottery Road, Feniton (Planning Inspectorate ref. APP/U1105/A/13/2197002);
EDDC ref. 11/1021/MFUL Land north of Acland Park, Feniton (Planning Inspectorate ref. APP/U1105/A/13/2191905) and;
EDDC ref. 13/0591/MFUL Land adj. Louvigny Close, south of Station Road, Feniton (Planning Inspectorate ref. APP/U1105/A/13/2200204).
The Inquiry is estimated to be heard for the duration of 8 days.
The Inspector currently appointed to hold the Inquiry is P Major BA (Hons) DipTP MRTPI.
